Had a brief moment when they finally gave me a clean room, and it was. acceptable. Khushboo at the front desk, she was kind, made check-in less painful.

Finding out the hotel didn't serve hot breakfast options was disappointing, especially since I have a soccer player in the family who needs to eat well. The towels were another issue, just two for a room accommodating six people. It didn’t feel right.
